Enjoy a cinematic experience in our living room!  Just lower the screen, power on the projector and sound system, and select your departure date.  You can then access all your favorite streaming apps by signing into your own account.  On your departure date, you'll be automatically signed out and the system will reset for our next guest.

Stay connected during your retreat with our unlimited complimentary Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi speed varies and only works in the housing area.

Before your arrival, we'll reach out to learn about your breakfast preferences and any dietary needs.  Our fully equipped kitchen is stocked with complimentary breakfast items for you to enjoy at your leisure.  You're also welcome to bring your own food and drinks.

Enjoy the flexibility of individual climate control in each bedroom, ensuring your perfect temperature throughout your stay. A touch panel is located in each room to adjust the temperature to your liking.

Our grill and patio are yours to enjoy, whether you're planning a relaxing evening or a lively gathering.  And if you're traveling with animals, our horse barns and covered dome are available for your use.

Our patio and creekside areas offer ample seating for gatherings of up to 50 guests.  Just bring your own table coverings!  For larger events, we can recommend trusted local vendors who can provide additional tables and chairs.

Just a short stroll from the housing area, you'll discover our scenic creekside area.  Enjoy a charming wooden bridge, breathtaking mountain views, and plenty of space for activities.  Please note that the creek's water flow is seasonal, so feel free to contact us for the latest updates.

We strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible.  Please request an accessible guest room when booking.  Our main floor is designed with accessibility in mind, including a ramp entrance, a bathroom equipped with a shower folding bench, and easy access to the living room and kitchen.

Generally speaking, we only accept Cash, Check, Venmo, or PayPal. Credit/Debit Cards are generally not accepted. Contact us for more information or exceptions.

Open flame(s) are not permitted on property without prior authorization.

Please be aware that Larimer County may have fire restrictions or bans in place, especially during dry seasons. To stay informed about current fire regulations, we recommend checking Larimer Counties website: https://www.larimer.gov/emergency/mitigating-against-hazards/larimer-county-fire-restrictions-bans.

This website will provide you with the most up-to-date information on any fire restrictions or bans that may be in effect. We ask that all guests adhere to these restrictions to help ensure the safety of our community.

Quiet hours (Noise Ordinance) are from 10:00 pm MDT to 9:30 am MDT. Any civil penalties for violations outside these hours are the responsibility of the guest.

Alcohol is only permitted at the venue if:

1. Guests hire a licensed bartender;

2. Rent the venue overnight.

Smoking is prohibited in housing areas.

Vehicles must be parked within designated parking spaces on the property. For safety reasons, one roadway must be kept clear at all times to ensure emergency vehicle access. All civil fines related to parking will be assessed to the guest.
