Cancellation Policy
For "Wedding & Reception" and "Wedding Premier" Packages
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least one week prior to your scheduled date. A 50% cancellation fee will be applied to the total cost of your booking.Cancellations made less than one week before the booking date will forfeit the entire amount paid.For "Per Guest Room" and "Full Retreat" Packages
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. No cancellation fee will be applied to the cost of your booking.No-shows will be charged for the first night's stay, plus applicable taxes and fees.
Non-Refundable Deposit
For "Wedding & Reception" and "Wedding Premier" Packages
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This deposit is applied towards the total cost of your package. Under no circumstances will the deposit be refunded. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellation of the booking, changes to the booking, or failure to utilize the package booked. 3.1 A non-refundable deposit may be required to guarantee your reservation.
3.2 Payment for the entire stay, including taxes and fees, is due at check-in unless otherwise agreed upon.
3.3 For group reservations, special payment terms may apply.
3.4 The retreat center staff will notify guests of payment options upon check-in. Credit/Debit cards are generally not accepted.Guest Conduct
4.1 Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. The retreat center reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates retreat policies or disturbs surrounding neighbors.
4.2 Quiet hours (Noise Ordinance) are from 10:00 pm MDT to 9:30 am MDT.
4.3 Alcohol is only permitted at the venue if (1) Guests hire a licensed bartender; (2) rent the venue overnight.
4.4 Vehicles must be parked within designated parking spaces on the property. For safety reasons, one roadway must be kept clear at all times to ensure emergency vehicle access. All civil fines related to parking and/or noise ordinance will be assessed to the guest.
4.5 To minimize risks, guests are encouraged to avoid venturing outside alone after dark.Liability
5.1 The retreat center is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
5.2 Guests assume all risks and liabilities for injuries or damages incurred on the premises.
5.3 Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
5.4 The tap water at this retreat center is not safe for consumption due to the water source being well water. Drinking this water may pose serious health risks. Please use bottled water or other safe sources for drinking, cooking, and preparing food during your stay.
5.5 the Guest agrees to be fully responsible for the actions, conduct, and well-being of all other guests staying with them. The Guest acknowledges that they are responsible for ensuring that all guests staying with them adhere to the terms and conditions of this contract. Any damages, losses, or liabilities incurred by the property or other guests due to the actions or conduct of any guests staying with the Guest shall be the sole responsibility of the Guest.Additional Terms
6.1 Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
6.2 Pets are not allowed in the housing area.
6.3 Smoking is prohibited in housing areas.
6.4 Open flame(s) are not permitted on property.
6.5 The retreat center reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice.
